Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain eGain’s Cloud Services based on AWS infrastructure, services, and tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot customer environments and underlying infrastructure
- Develop and maintain tools to automate routine operational tasks
- Ability to work in shifts to provide 24×7 coverage
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Experience in a cloud operations role in a SaaS company (preferred)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (preferred)
