Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and maintain reporting system procedures for accuracy.
- Collaborate across departments to gather data for reports and perform technical accounting research.
- Handle stock administration, including equity system maintenance and ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting.
- Support auditors, legal advisors, and compliance with SOX, along with managing special projects and lease accounting (ASC 842).
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required and a CPA (candidate) is preferred; prior progressive accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation
- The base salary range is $60,000 to $100,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
