Responsibilities
- Lead the performance engineering team and define the end-to-end performance testing strategy
- Develop, enhance, and execute JMeter load test scripts and automation frameworks
- Identify performance bottlenecks using monitoring tools and diagnostics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 12–15 years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, load testing, and capacity planning for enterprise-scale applications
Technologies
- JMeter load test tool
- PowerShell and batch scripting
- AWS services
