Product Manager

Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from initial planning through delivery and launch.
- Define product requirements based on in-depth market research and customer demand.
- Prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products within scope and timelines.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product demos.
- Participate in client review sessions and roadmap discussions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); an MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product engineering and 2+ years in product management.
- Proven experience in SaaS product development and product management.
- Experience with knowledge management or content management is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI and AI/ML product feature development is a plus.
- Proven experience working with high-performance, scalable cloud technologies and architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- The base salary range is $140,000 to $200,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
