The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our market expansion, working cross-functionally to position eGain’s AI-powered solutions in front of enterprise decision-makers and accelerate our growth trajectory. What You’ll Do

  • Drive Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that showcase eGain’s unique value proposition in the AI-powered Knowledge Management space
  • Create Compelling Content: Develop high-impact content for outbound campaigns, events, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Shape Our Digital Presence: Lead website messaging, content strategy, and online positioning to drive demand and engagement
  • Enable Sales Success: Create compelling sales enablement materials, presentations, and tools that help our team win deals and expand customer relationships
  • Be the Voice of the Market: Conduct competitive analysis, gather market insights, and translate customer needs into compelling product narratives
  • Launch with Impact: Plan and execute product launches that generate buzz and drive adoption

What You Bring

  • 7-10 years of software product marketing experience, with a strong track record in Enterprise SaaS environments
  • Scale-up expertise: You’ve been part of a company’s growth journey, ideally taking a $100M company to $500M and beyond
  • Full-spectrum product marketing skills: You’ve done it all – from sales enablement to digital marketing to event execution – and know what works
  • A growth mindset: You’re constantly experimenting with new tools, channels, and approaches. You know how to test fast, learn quickly, and scale what works
  • Strategic thinking meets hands-on execution: You can develop the strategy and roll up your sleeves to get it done
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages that resonate with executives and practitioners alike
  • Data-driven approach: You use metrics and insights to guide decisions and continuously optimize performance

Compensation

  • The salary for this position is $240,000 per year.
