Your AI agent

Describe the problem, intended user, business value and distinctive features in no more than 150 words. Select the eGain capabilities demonstrated in your solution.

Demo & evidence

Provide working links accessible to judges. Your one-minute video must show a content-based answer, at least one workflow, and your solution’s most valuable or distinctive feature. Reviewer instructions may include test questions and workflow paths, but no passwords. Disclose reused templates, code and third-party assets, including authorization, or write “None”. Organizers may request temporary reviewer access or a live demonstration.
