The Mission

At eGain, we power digital-first customer experiences with AI, Knowledge, and Analytics. Our data systems handle millions of interactions daily—and we’re looking for a hands-on database architect to take them to the next level.

What You’ll Own

You’ll design, optimize, and scale data systems across Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Aurora, AWS DynamoDB, and AWS Redshift, leading a team of engineers. Expect to tackle tough performance challenges, define and rive data architecture strategy, and build the backbone for real-time insights across our global SaaS platform.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years in data architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep SQL Server and NoSQL expertise
Strong data warehousing chops (AWS Redshift or equivalent)
Bonus: Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, Glue, or serverless data tools
