Responsibilities
- Discover client requirements and pain points to propose and configure tailored solutions.
- Architect AI Knowledge Solutions leveraging eGain product capabilities and architecture in the context of the client’s tech stack.
- Develop and present technical proposals and sharp RFP responses.
Education and Experience
- 7 years of experience in developing AI based solutions for customer service/Contact Centers
- Proficient in AI, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Masters in AI/Computer Science.
