Here is how the service works
1. Initial discovery session (1 hour)
eGain Consultant will meet you online to introduce the eGain Value Model, discover your current state and future targets. If you do not have all the current state data at hand, our consultant will help you estimate the data, leveraging industry benchmarks.
2. Draft model collaboration and refinement (1 hour)
eGain Consultant will follow up with an online session with you to present the initial model and collaborate with you to refine it based on your strategic priorities, investment appetite, and risk profile.
