Job description

We are looking for a technical writer with 2-5 years of proven success in software technical documentation in the customer service management, contact center, CRM, or enterprise software space. Candidate must provide samples.


  • 2-5 years of planning, writing, and publishing product documentation, including online help, user guides, and technical guides for software applications.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong information design skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe FrameMaker & RoboHelp. Previous experience with these tools is a plus.
  • Graphics skills and familiarity with tools like Visio, Gliffy, etc., a plus.
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time.
  • Willingness to work with teams in other geographies (UK and India).
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related fields.


  • Experience developing courseware for classroom, web, and eLearning.
  • Experience with or interest in video production and editing, doing voice overs, etc.
