POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE / SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Sell the company’s products to customers in assigned territory or industry
- Generate prospective customers through cold-calling, qualify the leads, follow up with them and make the sale
- Sales to be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities
- Carry your own quota
- Build and apply thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Represent the company to the customer in sales-oriented activities
- Manage the contract documentation
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports, as required
- Passion for selling

- Strong desire to learn
- Native fluency in English
- Additional language fluency is a plus
A few things to note
- Applicants will take an online test and face interviews
- The interview process will take half a day, on a business day
- eGain will not pay for an applicant’s travel to Sunnyvale or relocation
- This is a work-from-office position; telecommuting is not an option
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
