The Product Management Research Intern will be a part of our sales team.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
eGain is developing a new product. This product management / research internship is the chance to work from the very beginning on fleshing-out an offering in the digital customer engagement, artificial intelligence-enabled product space. This new product will be used by eGain’s enterprise clients to enable their customer-facing agents to more effectively deliver advice and to support customers, post-consultation, as they execute that advice.
You will work directly with the general manager and product owner as part of a lean, fast-moving team. Your specific focus will be to conduct research, synthesize findings, and develop a point of view for topics, such as:
Strong research and synthesis skills are a must. Course work and familiarity with behavioral economics and / or decision sciences are a plus. The ideal candidate will be completing their junior year of college course work.
The position is in our Sunnyvale, California, US office. It’s a ten-week internship starting on, or anytime
after, May 1.
