POSITION:  PRE-SALES SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

Location: Remote, US

Experience: 4+ years of experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and pain points and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their technical environment, integration requirements, and customization needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry best practices and advising clients on how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and respond to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SaaS offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in a competitive market.

Education and Experience

  • 4 years of experience as a pre-sales consultant in the Enterprise SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies.
  • Skilled in using digital technologies and emerging AI tools like GPT.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
