Fois joins eGain from a senior management position at Barclays and will focus on accelerating eGain’s market penetration, capitalising on the high enterprise demand for its multichannel customer interaction solutions in the region.
Fois possesses more than 15 years of sales and management experience, gained at global organisations including Barclays, Solera and ADP. Having lived and worked across Europe, he will bring strong local knowledge to bear when managing sales channels throughout the continent.
