We are seeking self-motivated team members with excellent communication skills who will be able to present and demonstrate how the eGain solution can add value during prospect meetings at C-Level.

The Pre-Sales Consultant will be focused on providing prospects with an understanding of how the eGain solution can add value to their organisation. This is achieved through a combination of requirements gathering, demonstrations, providing responses to Proposals, architecture design, running pilots. The provision of general Sales Support to the Account Management Team, Partners team and Customer Success Management (CSM) team. The Pre-Sales Consultant will report to the Director Pre-Sales.
The Pre-Sales team currently consists of 5 people. As a pool of resources, the pre-sales team interact with the Direct Sales team focused on Prospects, the CSM team focused on existing customers, the Partner team focused on Partners, and Professional Services who are engaged with deploying applications.
The role of the Pre-Sales Consultant is made up of two areas:
