POSITION: CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Product/Solution Marketing
- Develop collateral, including overviews, web pages, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Demand Generation
- Write compelling content for demand generation (e.g. email blasts, landing pages, short white papers, etc.)
- Channel Marketing
- Develop joint marketing collateral, as needed, including joint value proposition, solution overviews, presentations, and joint client case studies
- Onboard and enable technology and channel partners
- Budget for and coordinate channel marketing programs, working with the channel sales team
- Support the marketing team on other activities
- 4-6 years of experience in product and solution marketing, marcom, demand gen copywriting, and channel marketing
- Good understanding of CRM, customer engagement, customer service management, contact center management, ebusiness, knowledge management, AI, or closely related space
- Outstanding communication skills—verbal, writing and collaboration
- Commitment to speed, quality and results
- Undergraduate degree in technology with strong writing skills or undergraduate degree in other major with strong understanding of technology
- Some travel may be required
