eGain is looking for bright, enthusiastic and curious team players to become a part of our Digital Transformation (DT) team based out of eGain’s EMEA HQ in Newbury. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Head of Digital Transformation, understanding, developing and communicating best practices, both to support internal teams and to guide eGain’s clients to utilise the eGain SaaS products to gain maximum value. As part of this process, the successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of, and the ability to effectively use, our Knowledge Management and AI suite of products.
Being a graduate role, experience isn’t vital, but coming to work with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn will certainly be acknowledged and rewarded. You will be supported by targeted training, mentoring and development opportunities.
These skills are not only essential for successful interaction with our clients, but also to collaborate with different parts of eGain organization, such as support, finance, sales, professional services and product marketing – coordinating virtual teams.
At the end of the twelve-month programme, you will be given the opportunity (subject to your performance in the programme and your aptitude) to progress your career within the DT team or to join another group within eGain.
