POSITION: CUSTOMER SUCCESS GRADUATES
Location: Tampa, FL
- Ensure the success and happiness of the customer base.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and eGain to create a seamless customer experience.
- Focus on growing the customer in terms of adoption and engagement.
- Closely monitor at-risk accounts and ensure renewal and/or proper handling.
- Visit customer offices from time to time.
- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate account management capabilities to drive renewals.
- Be committed to customer engagement activities and building relationships.
- Work closely with Cloud Operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Innovate ways to constantly improve operations for eGain and its customers.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong empathy for customers.
- Be digitally savvy.
- Be commercially aware (commercial experience as internship or projects a plus).
- Experience of dealing with and analysing high volumes of data.
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to work in virtual teams to resolve issues.
- Have great written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvements.
- Ability to travel.
These skills are not only essential for successful interaction with our clients, but also to coordinate with virtual teams, i.e., collaborate with different parts of the eGain organization, such as support, finance, sales, professional services and product marketing.
