Job Summary

eGain’s Managed Services has an entry-level position open for the right individual seeking an opportunity to get started in a dynamic, fast-paced organization where you can build your skills and become a top-performing Implementation Specialist.

Implementation Solutions engineer provides support to professionals from eGain Managed Services customers who are implementing and administering eGain applications. Also, contribute to migrating knowledge content, analyze usage, and recommend improvements.

Also contribute to continuous product and service improvement through product and documentation review, process improvement, and internal systems design, configuration, and implementation.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and email support for customer inquiries.
  • Adapt communication to various technical levels effectively.
  • Assist with daily application configurations, including user management and permissions.
  • Translate business requirements into optimal application configurations.
  • Aid in knowledge content migration and AI casebase development.
  • Develop analytics reports, draw insights, and offer improvement recommendations.
  • Deliver expert services, answer product queries, and provide training.
  • Coordinate feature rollouts with mini-project plans.
  • Contribute feedback to product development regarding customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Managed Services members globally.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer technologies
  • Experience with computer software applications.
  • Experience in supporting client/server and J2EE applications (Java, XML, JScript, C)
  • Experience or understanding of browsers used to interact with the application.
  • Proficient in relational databases and operating systems
  • Knowledge of contact center software is a plus.
