Position: PR professional / lead generation copywriter - contractor position, 16 hours/week

Job description This is a great opportunity for someone with 4-8 years of proven success in tech PR and lead-generation copywriting in the customer service management / contact center / CRM space. Job responsibilities include the following:
Create content to support corporate and North America marketing programs (e.g. copy for email or direct marketing, press releases, customer case studies, contributed articles, etc.)
Pitch company / company executives / customers for PR opportunities proactively and reactively
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
4-8 years experience and proven track record of success in tech PR and copy-writing for lead generation. The candidate needs to provide samples at the time of interview
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Context and experience with customer service, contact center, or CRM software companies a must
Good understanding of the contact center and customer service management/CRM market space including current trends and competitive dynamics
High level of motivation to achieve business results from marketing
MBA or degree in communication with strong understanding of technology
Should be willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to interact with remote teams
